Job summary

Baily Garner LLP is seeking a Senior Architect to join our Northern Architectural team in Newcastle or Manchester. You will lead design teams, coordinate with consultants, and drive planning approvals to deliver diverse projects.

The role requires Chartered status (RIBA) with post-chartership experience, and strong AutoCAD and Revit skills. Hybrid working and a competitive package are offered.

Qualifications

• Chartered Architect with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record delivering projects through RIBA stages.
• Experience using AutoCAD and Revit in UK projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams and meetings, communicating clearly with clients and consultants.
• Support and guide team members to produce high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate architectural designs with consultants and project requirements.
• Lead planning and building regulations submissions and approvals.
• Deliver projects across sectors including residential, care, education and emergency services.
