Job summary

Baily Garner LLP is seeking a Qualified Architect to join our growing Architecture team in Sale/Manchester. The candidate will lead design development and delivery across projects, balancing client aspirations with technical and commercial realities.

The role requires a minimum of five years' post-Part 3 experience, strong Revit/BIM proficiency, and excellent client-facing skills in a collaborative, multi-sector environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years post-Part 3 experience.
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept through completion.
• Strong design-focused architect with excellent delivery skills.
• Residential sector experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through to completion, ensuring design quality and technical coherence.
• Manage client relationships and lead project teams to meet programme and budget.
• Deliver design proposals and coordinate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of design quality across multiple sectors.
