Job summary

Alfred Recruitment LLP seeks a Senior Architect in Birmingham to lead design and technical delivery on major projects within a multidisciplinary consultancy. You will own projects from concept through to completion, mentor teams and drive design excellence while balancing client engagement and commercial awareness.

The role offers hybrid working, a competitive salary (£45,000–£55,000), and clear progression across sectors with emphasis on technical standards and business growth.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified Architect with RIBA Part III (or equivalent).
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and BIM Level 2.
• Proven experience delivering technically complex, multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design & technical delivery from concept to completion on major projects.
• Manage project programmes, budgets and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Support client engagement, bids and business development activities.
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams to uphold technical standards and collaboration.
