Job summary

Architecture Social Limited, based in London, seeks a Senior Architect for Commercial Schemes with a clear route to Associate. Lead commercial office projects from inception to completion and act as the main point of contact for clients and consultants.

You will mentor the team, build client relationships and help win new work while delivering programmes on time, within budget and to high quality. Up to £58,000 with enhancements and benefits.

Qualifications

• ARB-registered Architect at Senior Architect level.
• Proven track record leading UK commercial office projects.
• Strong Revit skills and excellent technical knowledge.
• Experience mentoring or managing others; ambition to step up to Associate.

This is a genuine step-up role for a Senior Architect who is ready for Associate and wants a practice that will actually get them there. Our client is a highly respected architectural practice with a strong pipeline of commercial office work, from workplace repositioning and refurbishments to large-scale new builds. They have a proven track record of promoting from within, and the route to Associate is part of the conversation from day one, not a vague promise.

The Role

You'll lead commercial office projects from start to finish and be the main point of contact for clients and consultants. Alongside delivery, you'll mentor the team, build client relationships and help win new work. These are the skills that make an Associate, and you'll have full support to grow into them.
