Job Description

Senior Architect near Southampton?

I am working with a well-known architectural firm near the Southampton area who are looking to grow their team. This role is perfect for a confident professional with a strong technical background, excellent Revit skills, and a proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects. You’ll play a pivotal role in project management, client liaison, and guiding teams through all project stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Oversee the production of detailed technical drawings using Revit.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain high design and technical standards across all work.
  
  

Requirements

• ARB/RIBA qualification with substantial post-qualification experience.
• Proven ability to run and manage architectural projects independently.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and strong technical knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of UK planning and building regulations.
  
  

Salary will be based on experience and ability but is expected to be between circa £45,000.
