The successful candidate will work in the residential sector, using Revit to design housing schemes and assist in managing an architectural team.

Senior Architect Position Overview

1. CAD drafting, including site plans, limitation plans, plans, elevations, and working details, all to recognised standards
2. Assist in managing a design team
3. Resource planning and work allocation to team members
4. Mentor junior team members
5. Work on projects across all RIBA stages
6. Build relationships with clients

Position Requirements

1. Strong technical skills and ability
2. Live within a commutable distance to Slough
3. ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect
4. Practical experience with Revit and AutoCAD
5. Experience in the housing or residential sector
6. Previous experience in an Architectural Practice
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team
8. Highly motivated with a good work ethic

Remuneration

1. Competitive salary between £42,000 - £50,000 (DOE, potentially higher for an exceptional candidate)
