I'm working with an established architectural practice in Northampton looking to appoint an experienced Architect with the potential to progress into a senior leadership position.

The practice is open-minded about seniority, with salary reflecting experience and the level of responsibility the successful candidate can bring.

What are they looking for?

• An experienced Architect with strong technical and project delivery capabilities.
• Excellent AutoCAD skills are essential. Revit experience is not a priority.
• Education sector experience would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
• An interest in, or experience of, the wider business side of architecture, including team management, HR, staff development or practice operations.
• Someone commercially aware, proactive and comfortable taking on greater responsibility.
• The ambition to progress towards Associate, Associate Director or a broader practice leadership role.
