Job Description:

We’re working with a top practice known for delivering some of the UK’s most iconic heritage and conservation projects - and they’re now looking for a Senior Architect (or Senior Technician with similar experience) to join their Cambridge team.

You'll be working across all RIBA stages on award-winning schemes that blend sensitive restoration with bold contemporary design in historic settings - across culture, education, hospitality, and more.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead technical design packages, ensuring clarity and high standards
• Oversee project delivery or key work packages from concept to completion
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
• Conduct technical reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
• Manage and mentor up to 3 team members
• Play an active role in the practice’s Technical Leadership Group

What you’ll need:

• 15+ years post-qualification (ARB/RIBA or CIAT)
• Team leadership + financial/project management
• Excellent communicator + confident client lead
