We are currently looking for a talented, motivated and innovative Senior Architect with experience working on Data Centre projects, to join our dynamic team in our London office.

You will lead the design and development of Mission Critical projects including Data Centres, health care facilities and film studios through their lifecycle across the EMEA region.

What does the role involve?

  • Leading Architecture on Data Centre projects across all project work stages.
  • Preparing architectural drawings, specifications and presentations.
  • Conducting research on materials, building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Participating in site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality as well as dealing with contractor related queries.
  • Collaborating with the wider design team to ensure coordination.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Maintaining accurate and organised project documentation, including drawings, specifications and correspondence.

What do you need to be successful in the role?

You'll have a degree in Architecture (preferably a Masters), along with proven experience in data centre design and leading architectural projects. You'll be confident working on multiple projects simultaneously and be able to meet project deadlines.

Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and sustainability principals is essential, along with excellent communications skills, the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members, attention to detail and a commitment to design excellence.
