Senior Architect

Location: Leicestershire

Salary: £38,000 - £44,000

We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking Senior Architect with strong technical expertise to join a respected team in Leicestershire. This dynamic group specialises in delivering outstanding designs across the residential and commercial sectors, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and a client-led approach.

The ideal Senior Architect will have significant experience post-Part 3 qualification and be adept at leading teams and managing client relationships. You should be comfortable working across all RIBA stages and possess proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

1. ARB registered
2. Significant experience post-Part 3 qualification
3. Confident liaising with clients, planning officers, and contractors
4. Previous experience in project running
5. Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
6. Planning and building regulation submissions
7. Preparing feasibility reports
8. Experience in specification writing (NBS) is beneficial
9. Great communication skills, both written and verbal
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
11. Full, clean driving license
12. Revit and AutoCAD knowledge is essential
