Senior Architect Position

We are seeking a qualified Senior Architect to join our team. The role offers the following benefits:

Position Remuneration

Competitive salary (£45,000 - £50,000 DOE), with hybrid working arrangements.

Position Overview

• Work abroad opportunities
• Manage projects at various stages
• Work within the Commercial, Mixed-Use, and Industrial sectors
• Submit planning applications
• Lead project teams
• Engage across all RIBA stages
• Conduct site visits
• Lead and coordinate design teams
• Resolve construction-related issues
• Develop and maintain client relationships

Requirements

• ARB or RIBA qualified Architect
• Ability to work independently and support junior team members
• Experience in interpreting and executing client briefs
• Proven project leadership and detailing skills
• Residence within a commutable distance of Leicester
• Proficiency in Revit
• Experience in submitting projects for planning permission
• Extensive project management experience
• Good knowledge of construction techniques
