Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Architect in Devon to lead high-profile residential adaptations and accessible design projects, from concept to completion, within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate is ARB-registered with post-Part 3 experience and a track record delivering projects through all RIBA stages, with strong technical detailing and client management. Agile working, Devon office-based five days a week.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across all RIBA stages.
• Develop creative design solutions and detailed technical packages.
• Prepare planning and Building Regulations submissions.
• Coordinate consultants and external stakeholders.
• Attend client meetings and site visits.
• Oversee projects through construction.
• Support junior team members and contribute to practice development.
• Ensure projects meet programme, quality and budget requirements.

• Lead projects across all RIBA stages

Ideal Candidate

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to lead projects and manage client relationships
• Full UK driving licence
• Happy to work from the Devon office five days a week within an agile working environment
