AtkinsRéalis Glasgow is seeking a Senior Architect to lead projects from concept to completion, providing design and technical leadership across varied scales. You will mentor teams, coordinate multidisciplinary consultants and drive design quality within a collaborative environment.

Lead architectural projects through all stages, from concept design to completion. Provide design and technical leadership across projects of varying scale and complexity. Manage, mentor, and inspire project teams through strong and inclusive leadership. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and specialist advisors to ensure successful project delivery. Develop innovative design solutions that respond to client, site, environmental, and contextual requirements. Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development and new opportunities. Lead and contribute to bids, proposals, and client presentations. Ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget, quality, and regulatory requirements. Review project outputs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in design quality and delivery. Work closely with the Studio Lead to support team development, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the growth of the Glasgow practice.
Security clearance: This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance.
