Job summary

Randstad Sourceright, on behalf of Siemens Energy, seeks a Senior Skills and Education Co-ordinator to lead early career programs at the Lincoln site. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of practical experience delivering skills development within an engineering training environment.
• Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) in Engineering, Learning and Development (L&D) or related discipline.
• Solid understanding of government-funded training schemes, DfE guidelines and Ofsted frameworks.
• Direct experience navigating Ofsted inspections.

Responsibilities

• Support and facilitate early career programs (apprenticeships, internships, graduate schemes) across the Lincoln site.
• Design training pathways compliant with DfE and Ofsted standards.
• Collaborate with colleges and universities to align schedules and coursework.
• Act as second nominee for Ofsted inspections when required.
• Ensure apprenticeship training delivery and EPA structures meet regulatory and funding requirements.
• Implement Safeguarding and Prevent policies for trainees.
• Advise candidates on skills development and career progression.
• Coordinate between trainees, engineering managers, HR and external providers.
• Travel between local sites and partner institutions to manage programs.
