Job summary

Kodamai Ltd is seeking a Senior Manager to drive operational excellence for our Applied Science team at our Glasgow headquarters. You will partner with science and product leaders to set the roadmap for a team of applied scientists and research engineers, owning execution with production-quality deliverables and ensuring on-time delivery.

This is a senior on-site leadership role, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship reliable outcomes and scale a high-performing team.

Qualifications

7+ years in technology or applied science environments with leadership of teams.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on people management for a team of applied scientists and research engineers.
Translate leadership priorities into structured roadmaps and milestones.
Drive projects from prototype to production and ensure timely delivery.
Improve operating rhythm: planning, code review, delivery quality.
Collaborate with product, engineering and client_delivery teams to unlock opportunities.
Represent the team's work to stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly.
Support recruitment, onboarding and professional development.
