Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Glasgow is seeking a Senior Manager to lead AI product innovation, shaping strategy and delivering AI-enabled transformations for clients. You will drive end-to-end engagements from strategy to execution and collaborate with AI experts and business partners across disciplines.

You will guide pilots, scale AI initiatives, and foster a culture of experimentation, design thinking, and sustainable AI adoption across client organisations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI products and their applications across domains.
• Experience delivering complex AI projects across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to lead pilots to test and validate AI solutions and operationalise them.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision and strategy for AI products and services.
