Job summary

Cotswold Archaeology is seeking an Applications and Integrations Lead to design, implement and maintain complex applications and integration solutions. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, lead stakeholders, and manage project priorities with ease, leveraging MS Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams and other M365 services.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in application & integration project implementations.
• Experience in application & integration architecture and design.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure solutions (Microsoft Azure).
• Experience working with 3rd party suppliers to delivery outcomes.
• Experience mapping customer journeys to enhance user experience.
• Experience matrix managing project resources.
• Strong understanding of structured data and SQL.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical lead in all applications & integration related activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to improve processes, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Deliver services using MS Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams and other M365 services, including building Canvas and Model-driven apps.
• Identify areas to leverage Power Platform and M365 for process improvement and automation.
• Support GIS/Geomatics in digital applications development (e.g., Digital Recording System, MapBoard).
• Educate employees on SharePoint, MS Teams, Power Platform and other MS365 services.
• Integrate and manage data sources like Dataverse, SharePoint and SQL.
• Act as Technical Authority for enterprise-wide app development (e.g., Dynamics 365).
• Provide 3rd line support for business applications.
• Ensure security, scalability and high availability of apps, integrations and data solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical docs and runbooks for business continuity.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and integration platforms.
• Build APIs and middleware to enable data exchange and automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with data integrity and performance.
