Job summary

Cotswold Archaeology is seeking an Applications and Integrations Lead to design, implement, and maintain complex applications and integrations. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive customer journeys while managing stakeholders and project priorities.

In this role you will act as the technical owner for critical applications, deliver solutions using Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and MS365, and guide colleagues on best-use of these tools.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of application and integration project implementations.
• Experience in application and integration architectural design.
• 3+ years' or equivalent demonstrable experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead/owner for assigned business-critical applications.
• Deliver services and solutions using the MS Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams and other M365 services.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation to improve processes and ways of working, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and budget.
• Deliver services and solutions using the MS Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams and other M365 services
• Guide and educate employees on the effective use of SharePoint, MS Teams, Co-Pilot, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and other MS365 services.
• Integrate and manage data sources like Dataverse, SharePoint and SQL. Build APIs and middleware to support data exchange and automation.
• Act as 3rd line support for all the company's business applications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational support to ensure business continuity.
