Job summary

Morgan Law Partners Llp seeks an Applications and Integrations Lead to own and drive key systems projects during organizational change. The role is hybrid, requiring 2/3 days per week in Gloucestershire, and focuses on delivering automated processes via Power Platform and MS 365 tools.

You will lead technical architecture for integrations, manage third-party suppliers, and ensure secure, scalable, enterprise-wide solutions including Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering application and integration projects.
• Experience in application and integration architecture and design.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (Microsoft Azure).
• Managing 3rd party suppliers to successful delivery.
• Experience mapping customer journeys to enhance user experience.
• Matrix management of project resources.
• Good understanding of structured data and SQL.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience using Azure Integration services including Azure API Management.
• Experience developing middleware or API interfaces for data exchange.
• Implementing security best practices in integration and database activities. This includes access controls, encryption in transit, and GDPR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical lead in all applications & integration activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and deliver within time and budget.
• Deliver services using the MS Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams and other M365 services.
• Identify areas to leverage Power Platform and M365 for automation.
• Liaise with the Geomatics team on digital applications like GIS and recording systems.
• Educate employees on SharePoint, MS Teams, Power Platform, and MS365 services.
• Integrate and manage data sources like Dataverse, SharePoint and SQL.
• Act as Technical Authority for enterprise-wide applications (e.g. Dynamics 365).
• Provide 3rd line support for business applications.
• Ensure applications and data solutions are secure, scalable, and highly available.
