Ingersoll Rand plc, Sunderland site, is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to own the end-to-end bid process for customer enquiries and proposals. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to prepare technical and commercial offers that are on time, risk assessed and competitive.
Based at the Sunderland site, you will lead pre-bid, bid approvals and post-bid activities, while developing cost estimates, schedules and documentation.

Taking ownership of the bid process for specific proposals, by project managing the various stage of the process including the analysis of Customer commercial/technical sales enquiries (for Company supplied goods/services), together with the subsequent bid preparation activities for the submission of offers which are on-time, risk assessed, approved and competitive in nature.
