Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology transformation programmes.
• Proven experience leading enterprise application migration and modernization engagements.
• Hands-on experience with application assessment, migration planning, portfolio rationalisation, and cloud transformation.
• Strong understanding of technical debt identification, quantification, and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level conversations with CIO, CTO, and technology leadership teams.
• Identify, qualify, and shape Application Transformation opportunities.
• Translate business challenges into pragmatic transformation strategies and delivery roadmaps.
• Conduct technology assessments, discovery workshops, and modernization reviews.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Develop transformation business cases and roadmaps aligned to client objectives.
• Oversee application modernization, migration strategies, and cloud migration initiatives.
• Shape transformation programmes from discovery through to BAU operations.
