Job summary

Eclipse IT Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major retail fashion environment. You will translate business needs into functional specs, collaborate with merchandising, design, supply chain, and finance, and act as a bridge between stakeholders and IT delivery teams.

You will own requirements end-to-end, run workshops with senior stakeholders, coordinate testing and data migration, and mentor junior analysts while driving process improvements across product

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst in apparel/fashion or broader retail.
• You can own requirements end-to-end and lead workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Experience across product lifecycle from design to allocation and returns.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, documents and prioritises business requirements for new system functionality and integrations.
• Leads requirements workshops, process walkthroughs and stakeholder interviews.
• Translates requirements into clear BRDs, functional specs and user stories; supports UAT and data migration.
• Maintains backlog of change requests and mentors junior analysts.
