Job summary

Eleven is seeking a Senior Authorised Person (Mechanical & Electrical) & Operations Supervisor for a modern power plant. This role involves leading the operations team, managing safety systems, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

The successful candidate will have a background in power generation and be responsible for developing the Safe System of Work and supporting plant commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within thermal power generation, biomass, or similar.
• Proven experience managing Safe Systems of Work and Permit to Work.
• Experience supervising operational or maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve the site's Safe System of Work.
• Manage the Permit to Work and Lock Out/Tag Out systems.
• Lead incident investigations and safety audits.
