Job summary

Bottomline Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Accounts Payable Automation roadmap, focusing on data capture, quality, and ML-powered coding.

You will work with engineering, architecture, operations, UX, data science and leadership to define requirements and deliver high-impact capabilities. You will drive AI-enabled product development, bake AI into daily workflows, and ensure fast, accurate outcomes while maintaining ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product management or product owner roles.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools in daily PM work.
• Ability to translate business and customer needs into detailed PRDs and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution and delivery of assigned AP Automation roadmap areas.
• Translate strategy into executable product plans, requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive initiatives from problem definition through design, development and validation.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog reflecting strategic priorities, customer needs and dependencies.
• Incorporate AI into daily product management workflows to improve speed and quality.
