Job summary

Cancer Research UK is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Executive to support the Finance Manager in delivering a high-quality AP/AR service. You will help maintain controls, reconcile accounts, and provide excellent support to CRUK colleagues, suppliers, customers and supporters.

The role involves coordinating with Procurement to improve Procure-to-Pay and participating in system testing and process improvements. 35 hours per week, hybrid location.

Qualifications

• Experience in AP/AR and finance operations.
• Knowledge of VAT and financial controls.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Support AP/AR delivery ensuring SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain financial controls and reconciliations.
• Provide excellent stakeholder support for suppliers and CRUK teams.
• Handle complex queries and assist finance projects.
