Job summary

Rebellion Developments seeks a Senior Animator to craft immersive, high-quality gameplay animations for our upcoming 3rd-person tactical shooter. You will ensure cohesion with artistic direction and project specs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Based in Oxford or Warwick, the role offers relocation support and a path to work with a world-class team, contributing to a legacy of innovative games and multimedia projects within the Rebellion group.

Qualifications

Experience creating high-quality gameplay animations for 3D characters and creatures.
Strong understanding of timing, spacing, weight, exaggeration, and secondary motion.
Proficiency with Maya or MotionBuilder and familiarity with production pipelines.

Responsibilities

Create consistent high-quality gameplay character and creature animations.
Apply timing, weight, arcs, and posing to deliver engaging animations.
Collaborate with teams to interpret feedback and integrate into animation pipelines.
Familiarity with game engines and custom tools relevant to the project.
Polish motion capture data and ensure alignment with technical specs.
