Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years native Android development experience, e-commerce app exp preferred.
• Proficient in Kotlin/Java and Android SDK components.
• Familiar with Android performance optimisation and multi-device adaptation.
• Knowledge of Google Play release process and security/compliance.
• Fluent in written and spoken English for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement analysis, technical solution design, code development and QA for the Android app.
• Lead Android architecture optimisation, performance tuning, memory management and multi-device adaptation.
• Integrate with backend APIs, ensure stable network requests and secure data transmission.
• Troubleshoot crashes and lag to improve app stability and UX.
• Support European localisation needs, including multi-language, multi-currency and payment method adaptation, plus Google Play release.
