Global SaaS fintech is looking to hire a Senior Android Engineer to join their growing mobile payment platform team

The core focus of this role will be the architecture, development and maintenance of robust SDKs for the Android platform.

You will be working on projects involving EMV standards and Kernel-level development, helping to shape secure payment flows and ensure their solutions comply with the highest industry standards.

Key skills/experience required:

• Proven ability to design and implement robust architecture for modular, scalable applications.
• Strong experience in Android development using Kotlin
• Expertise in key Android APIs and components
• Experience working with connectivity protocols, secure communications, and cryptographic standards.

If you have experience of the following, it will be a distinct advantage:

• Exposure to lower-level Android development (C/NDK) and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
• Hands-on experience with EMV standards and secure payment technologies
• Experience in writing SDKs

This role can be fully remote - providing you live in the UK and have full rights to work (no visa sponsorship - sorry!)
