At CVS Health, we're building a world of health around every consumer and surrounding ourselves with dedicated colleagues who are passionate about transforming health care.

As the nation's leading health solutions company, we reach millions of Americans through our local presence, digital channels, and more than 300,000 purpose-driven colleagues—caring for people where, when, and how they choose in a way that is uniquely more connected, more convenient, and more compassionate. And we do it all with heart, each and every day.

As a Senior Product Manager at CVS Health, in our "Analytics & Behavior Change" group, you will be on the front line of driving innovation and directly impacting business decisions. This role is part of a team that works across the Pharmacy Benefits Management ecosystem, building analytical cloud-based products, supporting pharmaceutical forecasting and pricing. You will have the opportunity to modernize legacy systems using cutting-edge technology, enhancing accuracy and efficiency through data science and AI. You will collaborate with teammates from our business groups, data science, data engineering, application development, and partner product owners. Your focus will be on developing components of a software product serving financial users within our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) business unit, specifically working on Data and Forecast Mart (DFM) and Computation Engine (CE) applications, which utilize data from GCP and Azure for forecasting and modeling. The products emphasize forecasting, scenario analysis, and financial components.

What is your role:
  1. Leading a team responsible for digital product development by defining strategy, vision, product roadmaps, prioritizing features, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful product launches.
  2. Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, including user research, requirements gathering, architecture/design, development, testing, integration, and iteration.
  3. Aligning product strategies with business goals, managing stakeholders, and facilitating collaboration across departments to drive product success and customer satisfaction.
What you will be doing:
  1. Identifying new opportunities, assessing product performance, and developing long-term strategic plans for future product lines.
  2. Establishing efficient processes for user research, requirements management, prioritization, and delivery of the product roadmap to enhance brand recognition and industry competitiveness.
  3. Developing technology and product roadmaps to visualize risks and improvement opportunities, maintaining a proactive team approach.
  4. Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to influence product features and prioritization, delivering value to users and the company.
  5. Facilitating cross-functional communication, establishing relationships across organizational levels.
  6. Defining strategies for product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps to ensure speed to market and differentiation.
  7. Discovering, designing, and documenting business requirements, ensuring data scientists, engineers, QA, BI, and developers have clear information for high-value software delivery.
  8. Collaborating with users, product owners, release managers, and stakeholders to prioritize features and synchronize release plans across multiple products.
  9. Leading meetings for collaboration, process improvements, status reporting, and resource and budget management.
Required Qualifications :
  • 10+ years of experience in Software Development projects.
  • 5+ years in Product Management.
  • 5+ years practicing Agile development methodology.
  • 4+ years working cross-functionally with Engineering or Data Science teams, with familiarity in Data Science concepts.
  • 1+ year hands-on experience with any programming language.
  • Proven success managing all aspects of an analytics product lifecycle.
  • Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with varied work.
Preferred Qualifications :

  • Deep knowledge of healthcare data, analytics tools, and data nuances.
  • Experience with forecasting, scenario planning, and financial analysis.
