As a Senior Product Manager at CVS Health, in our "Analytics & Behavior Change" group, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and directly impacting business decisions. This role involves working across the Pharmacy Benefits Management ecosystem to build analytical cloud-based products, support pharmaceutical forecasting and pricing, and modernize legacy systems using cutting-edge technology, data science, and AI. You will collaborate with teams from business, data science, data engineering, and application development, as well as with partner product owners. Your focus will be on developing components of software products serving financial users within our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) business, specifically working on Data and Forecast Mart (DFM) and Computation Engine (CE) applications, utilizing data on GCP and Azure for forecasting and modeling. The products emphasize forecasting, scenario analysis, and financial components.

Role Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team responsible for digital product development, defining strategy, vision, roadmaps, prioritizing features, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful launches.
  2. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including user research, requirements gathering, architecture/design, development, testing, integration, and iteration.
  3. Align product strategies with business goals, manage stakeholders, and facilitate collaboration across departments to drive product success and customer satisfaction.
Key Activities:
  1. Identify new opportunities and assess product performance to develop long-term strategic plans.
  2. Establish efficient user research, requirement management, prioritization, and delivery processes for the digital product roadmap.
  3. Create technology and product roadmaps to visualize risks and improvements, maintaining a proactive approach.
  4. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to influence product features and prioritization, delivering value.
  5. Facilitate cross-functional communication and build relationships across organizational levels.
  6. Define strategies for product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps to ensure speed to market and differentiation.
  7. Document business requirements to ensure data scientists, engineers, QA, BI, and developers have clear information for high-value software delivery.
  8. Collaborate with users, product owners, release managers, and stakeholders to prioritize features and synchronize release plans.
  9. Lead meetings for collaboration, process improvements, status reporting, and resource management.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in Software Development projects
  • 5+ years in Product Management
  • 5+ years in Agile methodologies
  • 4+ years working cross-functionally with Engineering or Data Science teams, with familiarity in Data Science concepts
  • 1+ year hands-on experience with any programming language
  • Proven success managing analytics products throughout their lifecycle
  • Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder alignment
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience delivering data-driven customer experiences that simplify complex information
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare data, analytics tools, and data nuances
  • Experience with forecasting, scenario planning, and financial analysis
  • Technical skills in SQL, Cloud architecture, PySpark, Python
  • Additional data analytics experience is a plus
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required
Pay Range:

The typical pay range is $106,605 - $284,280. Actual offers depend on experience, education, location, and other factors. The role may include bonuses, commissions, and equity awards.
