As a Senior Product Manager at CVS Health in our "Analytics & Behavior Change" group, you will drive innovation and impact business decisions directly. You will be part of a team that builds analytical cloud-based products, supports pharmaceutical forecasting and pricing, and modernizes legacy systems using cutting-edge technology, data science, and AI. You will collaborate with business groups, data science, data engineering, application development, and partner product owners to develop components of software serving financial users in our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) unit. Your work will focus on multiple components of Data and Forecast Mart (DFM) and Computation Engine (CE), with data on GCP and Azure, emphasizing forecasting, scenario analysis, and financial modeling.

What is your role:

• Lead a team responsible for digital product development by defining strategy, vision, roadmaps, prioritizing features, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful launches.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including user research, requirements gathering, architecture/design, development, testing, and iteration.
• Align product strategies with business goals, manage stakeholders, and facilitate collaboration across departments to drive success and customer satisfaction.

What you will be doing:

• Identify new opportunities, assess product performance, and develop long-term strategic plans for future products.
• Manage user research, requirements, prioritization, and delivery to enhance brand recognition and competitive advantage.
• Create technology and product roadmaps to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze data to influence product features and prioritization, delivering value to users and the company.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and build relationships across organizational levels.
• Define strategies for product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps to maintain speed and differentiation.
• Document business requirements ensuring data scientists, engineers, QA, BI, and developers have the necessary information.
• Collaborate with users, product owners, release managers, and stakeholders to prioritize features and synchronize release plans.
• Lead meetings for collaboration, process improvements, status updates, and resource/budget management.

Required Qualifications :

• 10+ years in Software Development projects.
• 5+ years in Product Management.
• 5+ years practicing Agile development.
• 4+ years working cross-functionally with Engineering or Data Science teams, with familiarity in Data Science concepts.
• 1+ year hands-on experience with any programming language.
• Proven track record managing all aspects of analytics product lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making mastery.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience delivering data-driven customer experiences that simplify complex information.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare data, analytics tools, and data nuances.
• Experience with forecasting, scenario planning, and financial analysis.
• Technical experience with SQL, Cloud architecture, PySpark, Python.
• Additional data analytics experience is a plus.

Education :

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range is $106,605.00 - $284,280.00, depending on experience, education, and location. The role may include bonuses, incentives, and equity awards.
