• Strong hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience building applications, tools or data products.
• Proven ability to take solutions from idea through to delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business problems into technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities.
• Run discovery sessions and gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
• Design and build Python-based applications and analytics products.
• Create user-facing tools using Streamlit, R Shiny, Dash or similar.
• Deliver reporting and visualization solutions where appropriate.
• Present solutions and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Drive product adoption through user feedback and continuous improvement.
