LM RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS LTD is hiring an Analytics Platform Engineer to design, build and evolve a robust analytics hosting platform. You will support Data Scientists and MLOps teams across diverse technologies in a dynamic environment.

We offer a competitive salary up to £95k DOE, plus bonus, private medical insurance, a pension, and hybrid/ onsite working from Cheltenham. Applicants must hold active eDV clearance and be able to operate onsite in Gloucestershire.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, building and evolving robust analytics hosting platforms.
• Experience with cloud migration and data management projects.
• Proven ability to work across a variety of technologies and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build and deployment of a new analytics hosting platform.
• Provide hands‑on engineering support to Data Scientists and MLOps teams.
• Resolve issues in existing analytics services and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate on security, scalability and reliability of data systems.
• Support high‑impact projects with flexible and adaptable approaches.
