Oscar Associates (UK) Limited is partnering to recruit an Analytics Platform Engineer (Senior or Principal) in Cheltenham. The role focuses on designing, building and evolving scalable analytics hosting platforms with cloud migration and data management at the core.

You will collaborate with Data Scientists and MLOps teams, delivering robust solutions and adapting to unfamiliar technologies while maintaining strong security and reliability across mission-critical analytics services.

Qualifications

• Strong Python development experience.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Docker and containerised environments.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and GitLab pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and deploy scalable analytics hosting platforms.
• Provide hands-on engineering support to Data Scientists and MLOps teams.
• Work across the full SDLC from design to deployment and enhancement.
• Tackle cloud migration and data management projects.
• Ensure platforms are secure, robust, and maintainable.
