Job summary

Seer is seeking a data-driven Analytics Lead to architect and oversee digital analytics programs for client portfolios. You will design and implement measurement strategies across GEO experiences, build dashboards, and partner with AI tools to deliver client-ready outputs.

You will lead analytics workstreams, own end-to-end client deliverables, and mentor teammates while translating findings into executive-ready narratives. This role emphasizes experimentation, optimization, and scalable systems.

• Experience building dashboards in LookerStudio, PowerBI and Tableau.

• Comfort discussing incrementality and causal inference.
• Ability to automate and build repeatable AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics workstreams across multiple client engagements.
• Own client-facing deliverables end to end from data pull to presentation.
• Develop GEO measurement strategies and experiment plans.
• Contribute AI-assisted workflows to improve team efficiency.
• Present findings and strategic insights to clients and executives.
• Create scalable dashboards or tools with measurable impact.
