Job summary

Arrive is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer in London (SE1) with strong SQL and Python skills to own data pipelines end‑to‑end, bridging technical delivery and business outcomes. The role is hybrid, three days in the office and two from home, partnering with commercial, product and operations teams to deliver analytics‑driven decisions.

You will shape the data roadmap, prioritise work based on value, and ensure data quality and observability across the analytics stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Analytics Engineering, BI Engineering or Data Engineering at senior/lead level.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with production ELT/ETL pipelines and data transformations.
• Experience with end-to-end data pipelines and modern data stack concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines from ingestion to analytics readiness.
• Own and improve existing pipelines for reliability, performance and scale.
• Set up pipelines for internal and external data sources using appropriate tools.
• Monitor data quality and pipeline health to ensure data trust and uptime.
• Apply analytics engineering best practices: tests, docs, versioning and observability.
• Improve data architecture and workflows for growing data volumes.
• Collaborate with commercial, product and ops teams to translate needs into data solutions.
• Prioritise analytics backlog balancing tech and business value.
