Job summary

Voy’s Data team seeks a senior analytics engineer to model raw data and turn it into production-ready tables for stakeholders and AI products that underpin critical decisions across the business. You will help shape data standards and governance while ensuring the data stack scales for AI-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering or data engineering.
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to design, optimize and debug complex queries.
• Experience contributing to AI/ML workflows or feature stores is a plus.
• Experience building scalable, well-structured data models in modern data stacks.

Responsibilities

• Architect, model and optimise the core data models powering analytics and AI applications.
• Ensure the data layer supports AI/LLM use cases, including feature pipelines and evaluation datasets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Own data governance of your data models, ensuring integrity, consistency and security with thorough documentation.
• Shape our data culture by driving adoption of rigorous modelling frameworks and analytical standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability and usability of the data stack and own those improvements.
