Hera is seeking a hands-on Analytics Engineer (senior to lead level) in the UK to own analytics modeling and data infrastructure that underpins product and commercial decisions. You will work closely with leadership, product and engineering to translate business questions into practical data solutions.

You will develop reliable data models, improve data quality and enable cross-functional teams to use data confidently, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and impact.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Data, you’ll work across product, engineering, finance and commercial teams to identify priorities and build practical solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with commercial awareness and confidence working with stakeholders.

You’ll bring:

Experience in a startup or scale-up, or working with product and revenue data, would be beneficial.
