Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to lead analytics and data solutions across business initiatives. The role is fully remote (UK) with quarterly travel to Brighton and a £90,000 base salary plus quarterly bonus and benefits.

You will design data models, build transformation pipelines, semantic layers, and ensure data quality. Collaboration with stakeholders and mentoring others are key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, BI, or similar roles.
• Advanced SQL and data modelling capabilities.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and data warehousing technologies.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks and analytics engineering best practices.
• Experience with source control, CI/CD, and modern development practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Analytics Engineer to join a growing organisation that places data at the heart of business decision-making.

The Role:

As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will lead the delivery of analytics and data solutions across a range of business initiatives. Working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, you will design data models, build transformation frameworks, develop reporting solutions, and ensure data is trusted, accessible, and aligned with business objectives.
