Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
7+ years in Data Analytics or similar consulting role.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.
Strong communication, client management and delivery-focused mindset.
Proficient in data visualization and analytics tools (PowerBI/Tableau/Qlik).
Experience with Agile Delivery and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
Oversee budgets and resource allocation to meet financial constraints.
Engage with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate into analytics solutions.
Coach junior team members and foster a learning culture.
Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to transform client businesses.
