Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Analytical Development Scientist to join a leading biotech and pharmaceutical services provider in the UK. You will lead method development and validation for API manufacturing, working closely with cross-functional teams in a GMP environment to ensure data integrity and project progression.

The role requires a strong background in analytical chemistry, hands-on experience with HPLC/UHPLC/GC, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement

Qualifications

Degree in Analytical Chemistry or related field.
Experience developing and validating analytical methods (HPLC/UHPLC/GC) in GMP.
Ability to interpret complex data and ensure data integrity.

Responsibilities

Develop, optimise, and validate analytical methods such as HPLC, UHPLC, and GC for small molecules and peptides in a GMP environment.
Conduct degradation studies and troubleshooting of laboratory techniques to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Collaborate with Process Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to support project timelines and data quality.
Maintain GMP standards and document activities.
Drive continuous improvement in analytical techniques and contribute to method transfer and validation activities.
