You will steer the analytical function, ensuring high-quality data that complies with regulatory standards while promoting scientific excellence and innovation. This is a senior leadership role with significant influence on biologics development.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in biological sciences, analytical chemistry or related field.
• Proven leadership in analytical development within biopharma, especially biosimilars.
• Experience with HPLC, LC-MS, CESDS, cIEF and CD techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical development team and oversee method development and product characterization.
• Define strategic direction and ensure regulatory submissions meet standards.
• Mentor staff and drive innovations to improve data quality.
