Our Client’s the leadingCommercial and Residential Real Estate company on the UK – is looking for bright, ambitious professionals to work across their Capital Markets division, specifically within the HOTELS sector for multi million pound projects in the UK and Europe. Service lines cover transactions, financing, valuation and consultancy and the opportunity exists to gain experience in all disciplines.

The team is currently managing a multi billion portfolio but however there are ambitions to grow this significantly. The senior analyst and valuer role provides the opportunity to get in at the beginning and be part of a growing market leading team.

Senior Analyst Primary Objectives

• Supporting more senior members of the team in delivering exceptional client service.
• Perform in-depth analysis of UK and European mark
• Build and manipulate DCF models.
• Requires strong attention to detail and be confident in formulating presentation and report writing skills and the ability to research, analyse and present complex financial data.
• Be presentable and considered in all interactions with clients.
• Ability to work independently and with fellow employees as part of a transactional or project team.
• Highly motivated to develop a careerwithin real estate capital markets – HOTELS & HEALTHCARE. Those with an entrepreneurial mind-set will be well suited.
• Burgeoning sector which offers the candidate the opportunity to grow as the sector does
• Clients include developers, investors, lenders and operators

Other Senior Analyst Responsibilities

• Understand how wider macro economic trends affect the markets we work in.
• Willingness to get involved in all aspects of the department and evidence good team working skills is a necessity.
• Have an entrepreneurial outlook and constantly look for ways for improving processes and providing better client service.
• Working alongside network of other offices and departments.

• Degree/Masters Degree Educated, desired subjects: Economics, Finance, Property (: minimum)
• Strong analytical skills – both quantitative and qualitative

• Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships

• Passion to carry out first class work
• Professional Qualifications (not a necessity, can provide on the job) – RICS, CFA, ACA
• Languages advantageous: German, French, Spanish in particular
• Ideally have demonstrable experience in real estate private equity, real estate investment or real estate investment banking
