The Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to develop your skills and play a vital role in the evolving Treasury Operations function. Reporting to the Manager, Treasury Operations, you will support the daily operations of the Treasury team, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the Fund's Treasury Management System. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow in a collaborative and flexible work environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage trade life-cycle activities within Calypso, including booking, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation of treasury products.
• Support the operational management of cleared and non-cleared OTC and Futures collateral and margining.
• Ensure daily cash operations are processed accurately and on time.
• Help to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with internal control, risk, and governance frameworks.
• Build strong, positive relationships globally across the Fund and with external stakeholders.
• Work flexibly and fully utilise the benefits of this approach. As a global organisation, flexibility is key as you will collaborate across time zones and help to cover working hours from 07:00 - 18:30.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrable, relevant experience in treasury operations, trade life-cycle management, and collateral operations.
• Strong understanding of trade operations and back-office/middle-office processing, particularly with bonds, CPs/CDs, money market loans, and tri-party repo.
• Experience with portfolio management systems such as Calypso and Aladdin (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a high level of curiosity and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive continuous improvement initiatives. We are looking for someone who is curious, tech savvy, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
• Proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to compliance and risk management.
• Strong Excel skills would be highly beneficial
