Job summary

BioTalent is partnering with a growing life sciences consultancy to hire a Senior Analyst for its Asset & Portfolio Strategy practice. The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and high-impact strategic projects across pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare sectors.

The candidate will work on portfolio strategy, asset prioritisation, and commercial strategy across the product lifecycle, with 2–4 years of experience in life sciences consulting and strong client-facing abilities.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience within life sciences consulting, healthcare consulting, or related strategy environment.
• Experience supporting project workstreams and developing client-ready analyses and recommendations.
• Exposure to portfolio, brand, commercial, corporate, or product strategy engagements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex business questions.
• Excellent communication skills and interest in working closely with clients.
