Fund Management Team: The FM team is responsible for the operations of Carlyle's investment funds, working closely with the Deal Team on valuations, portfolio reviews, and deal acquisition/exit. The team collaborates with Fund Heads/MDs on fund performance projections and optimization initiatives. While the FM team does not make investment decisions or source assets, it plays a significant role in managing and tracking overall fund performance.
Position Summary: The FM Analyst plays a crucial role in analyzing quarterly valuations of fund investments, supporting fundraising initiatives, coordinating with Carlyle's investment teams for acquisitions and disposals, and providing input for central reporting analysis. They also support forecasting, budgeting, collaborate with the Fund CFO and FM team on ad-hoc materials and analysis, and participate in various firm initiatives.
