IRC UK
Part of the IRC global network headquartered in New York, IRC UK raises awareness, influences policy, and increases funding to support health, safety, education, economic wellbeing, and empowerment for those affected by conflict and disaster. Since 2021, IRC UK has also been providing integration services to refugees in England, a rapidly growing program.
In Europe, the IRC has offices in Berlin, Bonn, Brussels, Geneva, and Stockholm.
The Purpose of the Role
The External Relations (ER) department includes private fundraising, marketing & communications, and advocacy. ER aims to mobilize external audiences to raise funds, influence policy, and build the IRC brand.
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team supports ER's global strategy by partnering with leadership, leading revenue modeling and budgeting, and providing insights for decision-making. The FP&A Senior Analyst will manage a portfolio of ER teams, requiring strong project management, communication, and high-quality deliverables.

Experience:
Considerable experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and performance tracking.
