We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Senior Data Strategy Analyst to join the EMEA Data Strategy team. This team drives end-to-end data and technology capabilities to enable first-class customer-centric marketing. Reporting to the Senior Data Strategy Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for discovering insights from large data sets and supporting data-driven decisions to improve products, services, and relevance to consumers.

  1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our data landscape, customer journeys, marketing experiences, and predictive model usage across our Marketing and Clienteling activities.
  2. Lead analysis of our BAU Marketing and Clienteling experience to help our CIX team optimize effectively.
  3. Own deep dive analyses across our Marketing and Clienteling experiences, and present complex insights through creative storytelling to the CIX team.
  4. Lead CRM test design and post-campaign analyses to clearly communicate learnings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  5. Present analyses to senior leadership and large audiences in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Utilize understanding of existing predictive models to optimize customer experiences across the EMEA region and develop models for better engagement, retention, and sales.
  7. Create visualizations to highlight trends and correlations in BI tools like Tableau.
  8. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive data-led business decisions.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
  • Relevant experience in Data Strategy, CRM, Data Science, or related educational background (e.g., Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Marketing).
  • Experience in collating, interpreting, and analyzing multiple data sources (SQL databases, APIs, web scraping) and data types.
  • Highly numerate and analytical with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in advanced quantitative methods: data models, statistics, machine learning.
  • Ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent planning, organization, problem-solving, and results-oriented skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Quick learner with a passion for discovering new technical tools and spotting data inconsistencies.
