Job summary

Smithers in the UK is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Chemistry Department, focusing on extractables and leachables testing. You will operate GC-MS or LC-MS instrumentation and interpret complex data to support cutting-edge projects.

This role offers opportunities to develop methods, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with ISO 17025 and cGMP, within a global leader providing testing, consulting, information and compliance services.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise with GC-MS or LC-MS technologies.
• Strong background in chromatographic method development and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in small molecule identification, mass spectrometry, or metabolite identification (Met-ID) is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities
