We are looking for a sharp, reliable and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to support our Operational Due Diligence (ODD) and Advisory team in London. This role is ideal for someone early in their career in asset management advisory or operations, with a strong interest in investment risk and operational oversight.

The Senior Analyst will work closely with ORC’s partners and consultants, helping manage day-to-day logistics, supporting the execution of ODD reviews and advisory projects, maintaining internal processes and coordinating client deliverables. The role is hands-on, fast-paced and provides direct exposure to leading institutional investors and consultants. It’s a strong platform for learning and growth in the ODD and investment advisory space.

Key Responsibilities

• Logistical Support:Assist in scheduling meetings, managing documentation and coordinating ODD review and project timelines across multiple projects.
• Administrative Oversight:Maintain internal tracking systems for ODD and project workflows, reporting deadlines and deliverables.
• Client Engagement Support:Help prepare materials for client meetings and assist with the drafting and formatting of ODD and advisory project reports and presentations.
• Research & Analysis:Support the team with basic background research on managers, funds, service providers and market practices as instructed. Summarize findings for internal use.
• Project Coordination:Work with the team to ensure ODD exercises and advisory projects stay on track. Follow up on action items and help manage document flow.
• Knowledge Management:Organize ODD and project templates, best practices and process documentation. Support updates to internal frameworks as needed.
• Team Collaboration:Work closely with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• ODD and Project Reports:Support team with formatting and Editorial Peer Review of all ODD and Project reports. Over time be able to support with initial drafts of ODD and Project reports.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience, ideally within a big four financial consultancy or similar
• Demonstrated interest in operational risk, due diligence or investment advisory.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines.
• Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint and document management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Finance, economics, or business-related degrees preferred.
• Some travel may be required from time to time, though not a core part of the role.
